The GWM TANK team delivered a stellar performance at the legendary Silk Way Rally, covering over 4,800 km across some of the most challenging terrains in Russia and Mongolia. The Tank 300 and Tank 400 SUVs confidently claimed podium positions — the Tank 300 crew took first place in the “Grand Tour” category, while the Tank 400 demonstrated excellent off-road capability and reliability, securing second place.
Tank 300 stands out with its technical advantages: 224 mm ground clearance, wading depth up to 700 mm, all-wheel drive with differential locks, and a 220-hp turbo engine paired with an 8-speed transmission. For the rally, the SUV was equipped with reinforced protection and specialized BF Goodrich All Terrain tires.
Tank 400 impresses with even greater power — 245 hp, a more comfortable suspension, and a 9-speed transmission, making it confident on any terrain, even under extreme conditions. The drivers noted that the vehicles handled all challenges, delivering stable and reliable performance throughout the entire race.
